Photography

Do you have multiple photographers working for your company?

We have multiple photographers here at EventuresWEDDINGS. We have a short consultation to ensure the photographer’s portfolio meets your tastes. Please inquire to check our availability and to review our portfolios.

Do I have the rights to print the images?

Yes, with each of our packages, you and your fiance will receive a release form that gives you the right to make prints, albums, and much more with your wedding photographs.

What is your style of photography?

We like natural photography so you and your fiancé are the focus of the photos. Our photographers use a variety of techniques throughout the day to ensure that we, as the photographer pull the necessary emotion and reaction out of our clients

Are your photos digital or film?

All of our cameras are digital.

What equipment do you use?

Our company uses all professional quality full-framed Nikon and Canon cameras.

Do you travel with back up Equipment?

Yes, we always come with 2 or 3 camera bodies in case of an equipment malfunction.

How many photographers/ assistants can you offer?

We have a staff of photographers, however, during most weddings we have 2 professional photographers capturing your day.

Can we request B&W for particular photos?

Yes

What will be the communication that I will have with the photographer up to the day of the event?

We speak with you as many times as needed. There is no charge for emails, meetings/video conferences.

Do you offer Album options? If so, what are their design options?

Yes, we offer albums. There are a lot of different options (sizes, materials, cover options). We typically create the rough draft of the album design and then discuss the revisions before it is printed.

What is your retouching option?

We got through all of the images and delete the out of focus images, eyes closed, and unnecessary images. We then place standard processing, color correction, and retouching on the remaining images. If you would like more in depth (such as removing people, objects, etc.) editing, this can be done applied to them for an additional fee.

How long after our event will we be receiving our products?

You will receive the photos 6-8 weeks following the wedding.

How many images will I get from my photographer?

You will between 500-800 images per photographer.

How much time should I allow for photographs after the wedding?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.

Is there travel fees for my wedding?

Yes, the fee for travel is based on location out of the Pittsburgh area.

Entertainment

What are you power requirements for your equipment?

We don’t draw very much power so one outlet would be fine as long as there wasn’t any other heavy machines on the line. A 20 amp circuit would be plenty.

How many outlets or areas of power hookup do you need for your equipment?

We would need a standard 110 power outlet on a standard 20am circuit.

How much space do you require for your equipment?

We don’t need much space at all. We just need a 6 foot (could be 4 foot if the space is really tight) table to set our sound system on and the speakers would be right next to the table.

How many hours of DJ services are included in your package?

Our standard package is for 5 hours, however, you can add additional hours for $150 per hour.

Our ceremony is outdoors in an area without power available. Do you have any options or capabilities for providing portable sound/music in an area with no power supply?

Yes, we have a battery powered speaker that will be able to provide the music as well as microphones.

Do you have multiple DJs working for your company?

We have multiple DJs within our company. We have a short consultation ensure that the DJ is going to fit your musical needs. Please inquire to check their availability and to learn more about their tastes and style.

Will I be able to communicate with the DJ leading up to the wedding?

Yes, as many times as you would like to meet or talk. We also schedule a meeting (usually 30 days before the wedding) with your DJ to discuss your wedding timeline and song selections for your day.

Will I be able to customize the music for my wedding?

Absolutely. Everyone’s musical tastes are different and we approach everyone’s wedding with fresh eyes. We discuss your music in depth to ensure that we are playing the music that you want to hear at your wedding and will get your guests out on the dance floor.

What equipment do you use?

Our company uses all professional audio equipment. We use a laptop and hard drive for all of the music and have a controller to mixer We also use professional speakers to ensure quality sound during your wedding.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, company has a 1,000,000 liability policy that many venues request. If any of your venues need to see our policy, we will email them our certificate prior to the wedding.

Video

Do you use microphones?

Yes, during the ceremony, we use a lapel microphone that is clipped on the groom which will record both the bride and the groom’s voices. We also use microphones on our cameras to pick up live audio throughout the entire day.

Do you have multiple videographers working for your company?

We have multiple videographers here at Eventures. We have a short consultation to ensure the videographers portfolio meets your tastes. Please inquire to check our availability and to review our portfolios.

Do we get to select the music for the video?

Yes, with worth directly with you and your fiancé to enough that you video will reflect your tastes and wishes.

What is your style of photography?

We prefer to take a more subtle approach during videography. We’ll use a variety of techniques to capture your wedding day so that you, your families and friends are the stars of your wedding video.

What equipment do you use?

Our company uses all professional quality Canon, Panasonic -and Sony cameras.

Do you travel with back up Equipment?

Yes, we always come with 2 or 3 cameras in case of an equipment malfunction.

How many videographers can you offer?

We have a staff of videographers. Each client’s needs are different so we have packages to meet your needs.

What will be the communication that I will have with the videographer up to the day of the event?

As many times as you would like to meet or talk.

Do you offer highlight reels?

Yes, we offer highlight reels with every package. This is a 45 second video that is shared on social media for your friends and family.

How long after our event will we be receiving our products?

You will receive the photos 8-12 weeks following the wedding, if not sooner.

How many events are done in one day?

Our company has a staff of photographers, videographers and DJs so we do multiple weddings per weekend. However, your staff member works directly with you and is exclusive to your wedding so they won’t have another event during the same day was yours.

How long have you been in business?

What is your deposit requirement?

We have a variety of payment options so please contact and we will give you more details.

Is there anything else you think we should be informed of that would set your company apart from other vendors?

Our company also offers entertainment and video services. We offer discounted rates on our services (Photography, video, and entertainment) for clients who use us for multiple services. This also makes it helpfully for our clients because you only need to meet with one company to go through all of the details for the wedding. Also the day of the wedding, our staff knows what each other is doing as they work week in and week out with each other.

Do you have references?

Yes, we will gladly put you in contact with as many references as you would like.

Are the customizable?

Yes, we can customize a package.

Do you offer discounts for off-season weddings?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount for weddings between November and March.

Do you offer discounts for multiple services?

Yes, we offer a 5% discount on the total of combined services for clients who use multiple services.
